General Public FAQ

How Do you Book a Tee Time and reserve your time slot?
You can book a tee time through the links provided through out the Gull River Golf Club website, or contacting the ProShop directly at 705-286-1378

Are there any Restrictions on Tee-Times?
Guest tee times have no restrictions for bookings. Please see memberships for restrictions.

How Far in Advanced can Tee-Times be Booked?
Guest times have no restrictions for advanced bookings. Member times can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
 
Is there a Dress-Code in Effect?
While we encourage traditional golf attire (collared shirt and golf pants or shorts) and footwear (soft-spiked golf shoes), it's also okay if you want to play in jeans and a t-shirt. However, please dress respectably, and be aware of other golfers and families enjoying the facility. Soccer cleats, baseball shoes, and metal spikes are not permitted to protect the greens from damage.
 
What Times Typically Book up First?
Traditionally weekend mornings are the most sought after tee times each week.
 
What Covid-19 Protocols do you have?
To help keep our guests, members and staff safe, we have implemented several Covid-19 restrictions to allow Social Distancing, hand sanitization stations, etc. For an in-depth outline please click here.
 
Can I Hold A Family or Corporate Event as a Guest?

How many Holes does Gull River Golf Club Have?
Gull River Golf Club has 9 holes, but offers a reduced 18-hole green fee if you wish  to play more than nine.
 
If I shows up at the Golf Course Without a Tee-Time Will I get to Play?
Booking a Tee-Time is always recommended and preferred. Due to the busy nature of the golf course, we cannot guarantee that there will be available times at your arrival. 

Memberships FAQ

How to Become a Member
Memberships can be obtained by e-mailing the Golf Shop at contact@gullrivergolfclub.com or you can contact the Golf Shop by phone or in person.

What Are the Benefits of a Membership?
Membership benefits include a 15% discount on their guests Green Fee. A 10% discount on all Golf Shop items purchased or ordered, putting green access. 

What Booking Privileges Do Members Have
 

  • Promotional Adult Membership holders may book up to 3 days in advance for tee times.

  • Full Adult Membership holders may book up to 7 days in advance for tee times.

  • Weekends: members will have access to every other hours of times.

  • Men's Night will be a shotgun start on Monday's at 5:00 PM beginning May 09th

  • HHWGL Ladies League will be on scheduled Tuesdays beginning at 3:00 PM.

  • Group and advanced bookings for members are to be reserved with the Golf Shop.


Can you transfer a membership?
Members are not able to transfer their seasonal membership.

What is the reservation tee time policy to members?
Please refer to the Notes located under 'What Booking Privileges Do Members Have'.

How many Guests can accompany a member with a membership?
No restrictions, you can bring as many guests as you wish. 

What is the junior member policy? 
Junior members have full access to the tee on weekdays, and are restricted to play after 2:00 PM on weekends.

Are junior Members Allowed to Bring Guests?
Yes – they may bring guests and pay 15% off the applicable green fee.

Does a Membership Cover the Cost of Cart Rentals?
Carts and Rental Club fees still apply to members.
